NC450 won't play recorded events after firmware update

Since the firmware update of NC450, the video events that were recorded won't play anymore. It just keeps on circling around (kind'a like loading the video) but it won't play. I updated the firmware as it was suggested by the device.
I tried everything, even deleting the device on the app and re-configuring it on my network but no luck...I also tried using my iOS and Android device but the same issue.
The current hardware version of my NC450 is UN/2.0, and the firmware that it was updated to is 1.2.4 Build 170322 Rel.85B2CB.
I paid $150 for this and this is not acceptable! Please fix this!
