Hi there,

i've readed in the documentation of the NC220 that flashing red (system led in front) is for "camera is booting", but since last week, that led continuously flashing alongside with the green led in the back. I've tried to keep the reset button for 5 seconds to reset the camera, but no results.

The online documentation refer to an "appendix 2" for common troubleshotting, but this appendix doesn't seems to exist somewhere.

Any idea to restore my camera to is former glory is welcome !
