Why my NC200 cloud camera not listed in TP Link camera control software , but I can access it from my web browser and my IOS app. ?

Hello, I think I found the problem why my NC200 can not detected in "TP Link camera control" software, previously I use TP Link ADSL router 8901, after I change my router device to cisco SG90D-08 switch, , TP Link WA901 access point , NC200 now detected in " TP Link camera control " software, in both mode , wire or wireless.

I realized that I made a mistake after I confirm with TP-LINK support team...
The current version of camera control is working with NC200 only...
NC220 is not compatible with it but it will work with the new camera control in future...

i have also the same problem with nc220 i tried everything but without any results.
there are 4 nc200 on the net without any problem. the nc220 does not appear on the tp control
