Talk c500 always turns off the red LED

two tapo c500 cameras do not work; one of them always has a red light on and does not respond to reset. On the second one the red light is also on, but after holding reset it blinks red once, turns and returns to its original position and lights up red again

You can check if the following steps are helpful.
1. Turn off the camera, wait for two minutes, remove the SD card from the camera if there is one, connect the camera to the original power adapter, power on the camera, and wait for another two minutes.
2. Press the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to factory reset it.
1) If the camera has a flash red and green light, you can try to configure the camera: How to set up the Tapo camera
2) If the camera does not respond to reset operation, or the LED keeps solid red, you can contact your retailer or local team to check if the camera is under warranty.

@Solla-topee It didn't help. There is no service here either. Do you have firmware for sd card? So I could force flash the camera.

1. We do not have the firmware and instructions to flash the camera. If you can't find our local team in your region, you can try to contact your retailer to check if the camera is under warranty.
