Firmware update issue
The Tapo application insisted to update the firmware. But the update is still installing for more than 3 hours. I couldn't able to access the camera as the installation is still running. Kindly let me on how to overcome this problem. TIA

Typically, the firmware update process won't take so long time. Please force close the Tapo app, reopen it, and check if the camera has updated firmware successfully.
Please confirm the following information if you fail to update the firmware.
1. The LED status on the camera.
2. The hardware version of the camera.
3. Can you control the camera locally and remotely?
