Nc450 firmware update and sd issue

I bought an nc450 around 3 months ago. Camera was nice, stable and good view at night. However, i never got the camera recognized sd card. The 32gb sd card works fine in all other devices, phone, computer (with adapter), and formatted as fat32. Tried soft and hard reset, no good result. Always show a message "please insert sd card..."Today, i saw a firmware, i hoped it would solve the issue but not able to upgrade whatsoever. After pressed upgrade, i tried to wait until the camera work again, but apparently, the version is still the same and show there is "new" version to upgrade. Without recording, the camera is rather useless as i have no time to view live camera all day.
