Issue Just Pops Up Don't Know Why But Now Only Continues RED NIGHT VISION LIGHTS are ON. Rest Everything Is DEAD. 
Please Tell Me Solution Cz I've Bought This Product In March 2024 & In A Year Such Thing Happened

Hi,
You can try the following steps to troubleshoot the reported issue.
  1. Please turn off the camera, wait for two minutes, turn it back, and wait for another two minutes.


  2. If the LED does not change, please press the reset button for 10 seconds to factory reset the camera. If the system LED does not turn on or change, you can contact your retailer or local team to check if your camera is under warranty.


  3. If the system LED is flashing red and green, you can try to reconfigure the camera to use it.
