When listeining to the room All audio is scratchy bad and full of static noise even whe there is no noise in the room. Tried every position on the volume sensititiy slider ...stilll bad on both cameras.

 

Please help fix.

Hi,
1. Would you please send us a video showing the reported issue? You can set the volume of the microphone and speaker to maximum on the Tapo app, then record a video on the camera's live view page manually, and then send us the video for analysis.
You can upload the video to your cloud server(such as Google Drive), generate a link to download it and send me(@Solla-topee) the link via a private message.
 

2. Please send me the camera's MAC address via a private message.

  @RhinoCamz  I had the exact same issue. I just had my unit replaced by TP-Link and the issue is gone. It's a hardware fault.
