tapo c200 become offline regularly

Hello,
Tapco c200 become off-line regularly after few hours.
I had to restart in order to get it back.
When it becomes offline red led stays stable.
I tried to re-initialized, reset but the proble persist.
Any help will be appreciated.

Please confirm the following information if the problem remains.
1. What's the model number of your router? Is the Tapo camera connected to your router's Wi-Fi directly?
2. When the camera is working, please go to its Device Settings > Device Info page, tap the Wi-Fi icon, and check if the RSSI value is good.
3. How often does the issue occur?
4. When did you buy the camera, and when did the issue start?
5. Do you have an offline issue when your phone connects to the same Wi-Fi as the camera all the time?

Hello @Solla-topee,
The model number is C200.
When the camera is working the RSSI is -67
The issue occurs once per day.
I bought the camera 6-7 months ago.
I have three camera installed at different places. the issue occurs only with 1 camera.
I resetted this multiple time, and also changed the place.
The problem is only with this particular camera.

Hi,
What's the model number of your router rather than the camera?
You can check if it's able to set a 2.4G guest network on your router. If so, factory reset the camera, connect it to that Wi-Fi only and check if the problem remains.
