Hello,

Can somebody help me how to reconnect c310 to the app? Wifi wont connect, blinking red led status. Camera SSID not present. Connect via lan the led color is orange/amber, the unit has ip addr (visible in dhcp list), but cannot connect to the app. 

I did the factory reset but not resolve the problem.

I removed it from the app too.

Hi,
Please check if the following steps will be helpful.
    1. Please hold the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to factory reset the camera.
    2. Connect the camera to the router by an ethernet cable, and then try to reconfigure the camera.
    3. If the problem remains, please refer to Case 3 in the following instructions to troubleshoot: What to do if my Tapo Camera gets bricked after a firmware update?

Thanks for your reply. I try the steps. I cant reach the er web interface (192.168.0.10 if i connect my latop directly to the camera, and that case if I connect it to the home network  I can ping the ip of the camera too but the web interface is not responding. One time the unit starts and works fine, but the next start the led lights amber (in this case i can ping the camera) and the camera is offline. Is there any way for firmware update?

Hi,
There is no other way to update the firmware of the camera in your situation.
1. What's the MAC address of your camera? You can send it to me(@Solla-topee) via a private message.

2. Would you please send us a picture of the camera's label showing the MAC address, and a picture of the camera's invoice?
You can upload the pictures to your cloud server(such as Google Drive), generate a link to download them and send me the link via a private message.


3. When you try to configure the camera via Wi-Fi or Wired connection, what error message appears on the Tapo app?
