What to do if I can't control my Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?
If the problem remains, please check the following information.
1. The LED status on the camera.
2. The model number of your router. Do you have internet when connecting to your router's Wi-Fi?
3. If you reset your camera, enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, reconfigure the camera on a different phone, and connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, can you control it remotely?
