Hi,
1. Are you able to get the camera's audio on our Tapo app?

2. What third-party app/program you use to stream the camera and can't get audio? You can try to stream the camera with iSpy and VLC via RTSP/Onvif connection refer to the instructions below, and then check if you can get audio from the camera.

  @Solla-topee

THX for taking care!!

Pls excuse I forgot to say what is the code for I tinkered.(added above now)

Yes, I have audio in the tapo app & also in Synology surveillance station.

As I get a lot of false positives detections, I want to set up My C200 in Frigate 0.14.1 on Home assistant (14.0) on bare metal.

I can see the cam but have no PTZ and audio.

Hi,
Our Tapo C200 supports RTSP/Onvif protocol, it's recommended to connect to the camera via RTSP/Onvif protocol as per the instructions below on your Home Assistant and then check if the live stream, audio, and Pan & Tilt features will work.
