How to reset the cloud playback

Firmware and connection are up to date.
cameras are working. Savings as thumbnails but I cannot view the recordings in the cloud playback as it showing the same video for 4 different cameras that has been deleted.
I have reached out by email more than 1 week ago to Tapo support and still no reply.
I subscribe to Tapo care.
Please help.
