Model: Tapo H100
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.5.20

This Hub had been functioning properly for a long period.

It has only three sensors connected (movement and water leak).

Firmware 1.5.20

Version 240911

Some days ago there was a firmware update.

Since then it is randomly showing a steady yellow light instead of the normal blue one and the Tapo app reports "out of line".

Unplugging / plugging the hub back sometimes solves the problem but today it was impossible...

I have removed it from the app and I have tried to reinstall it after a HW reset.

But when it's time to connect to its network the device finds it (after a looong time) but then it is impossible to establish a connection.

I have tried three different devices (iPhone, iPad and Android phone) with no success.

Any idea? Should I buy a new one?

Nothing has changed in my home network.

Thank you!

I reply to myself: a new H100 has solved the problem immediately...

HW problem

Short lasting device, though...

This firmware version was released two months ago, and we have not received any widespread reports of this issue since then. Your situation seems to be an exception.
