Model: Tapo H100
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.5.20 Build 240911 Rel.110830

I have a H100 connected through Wifi on a 4G Router, it has 4 T310 sensors connected to it. For days everything was fine but this morning it showed that the sensors and the H100 are offline. I also have a P110 and L900 connected to the same Wifi which are online and fully functional.

What is strange that the HUB is still passing through sensor information to the cloud as I can see the temperature and humidity of all 4 sensors, the data is changing in the day getting warmer and colder as the day goes etc so its real data.

Anyone know what the issue is?

Check whether the sensor data is available when the phone connects to a remote network, e.g. use cellular data. If there is no data, the hub or sensor is disconnected from the cloud. In this case, try to restart the router. If no help, restart the hub as well. Note: Restarting the hub will delete those local data that have not been uploaded to the cloud.
