Tapo App - TP Link ID account "blocked" temporarily
Hello all,
having just bought a Tapo Hub, bulb, sensor and remote camera. I tried to install on my smartphone the Tapo App as per the instructions included. .
But since, each time I am trying to log in the Tapo App, I get an error message saying that my account is blocked temporarily due to many unsuccessful attempts. Yet I have no issue with the Tether App.
Could anyone please shed some light? I very unfortunately cannot set up any of the Tapo items unless I can get the app working.
