C520WS Keeps Disconnecting
C520WS Keeps Disconnecting
For some time now I have noticed that my Tapo C520WS camera keeps disconnecting from my wifi network and doesn't reconnect back on its own while other tapo cameras are well connected on the same wifi network. I have to restart the camera evey time to reconnect it back to the wifi network. But found no solution so far.

1. Red LED light blinking. ( camera is still Recording and tracking activity) only disconnected from wifi/ internet)
2. 2-3 times a day.
3. I did a camera reset, router reset but still disconnection is happening.

1. What's the model number of your Wi-Fi router?
2. If your router has a guest network, please try to reset the camera, reconfigure it, connect it to the guest Wi-Fi network, and check if it will work fine.
Or you can enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, then reset and reconfigure the camera to connect to the hotspot Wi-Fi and check if the camera will work fine.
3. If the problem remains, please refer to the instructions below to collect the camera log for further analysis.

My Router model is Archer AX73+ Archer AX10 in easy mesh
I guess the device C520WS it self is problematic I will go to service center next week to replace the device.
I have also emailed tplink about the matter and they don't seem to bother.
I Should have bought C200 model as I have 3 of them and they never have any problem.

estou com o mesmo problema a minha câmara c520ws está sempre a ficar offline, não me parece que seja problemas de internet mas sim software da prorpria câmara.

1. Luz LED vermelha piscando. (a câmera ainda está gravando e rastreando atividades) somente desconectada do wifi/internet)
2. 3-5 vezes ao dia.
3. Reiniciei a câmera e o roteador, mas a desconexão ainda ocorre.
4. Valor RSSI -56
internet sem qualquer problema.

A câmara sempre esteve a funcionar bem.
não terá sido alguma atualização de firmware da câmara.
Está ligada com o cabo original.
A rede wi-fi está ligada a outros equipamentos e não há problemas só mesmo com a c520ws.
não será uma avaria do equipamento? É muito chato esta situação.
