Model: Tapo C200
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: V3.20 1.3.15 Build 240715 Rel.43073n(4B52)

My Tapo c200v3.2 (KR) could not connect to configured wifi after restarting.

I have to turn it off and connect it again (I have to hold reset button for 20s after unplugged power).

It does not automatically connect to the wifi. Continue blink Red light.

newest firmware 1.3.15 Build 240715 Rel.43073n(4B52)

Hi,
Typically, the camera will reconnect to the same Wi-Fi network after a power failure or restart. If it doesn't, try the following steps to resolve the issue:
    1. Restart the router, then reboot the camera once the router's Wi-Fi is operational.
    2. Disable the Smart Connect function on the router.
    3. Set Different Wi-Fi names for 2.4GHz and 5GHz Bands.
Then you can check if the camera will reconnect to the router's Wi-Fi automatically.
Best Regards
