Model: Tapo C220
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.14 Build 240714 Rel.76584n

Hi,

I have just gotten some new cameras from Tapo, but on my C220 I am not able to select 1080p as the video quality, only 2K or 360p.

Though these option exist to choose 2k, 1080p, 360p on both C520WS and C210.

What can I do?

Likewise, is it possible to choose the quality of the streams in ONVIF (mainstream and minorstream)?

Hi,
Different camera models have different designs in features. Currently, the Tapo C220 offers video quality options of 2K, 360P, and Auto.
Typically, you can choose to establish a mainstream (stream1) or substream (stream2) connection when setting up an ONVIF connection. On the Tapo C220, mainstream refers to the 2K video quality, while substream refers to the 360P video quality.
Best Regards
