1. To protect your data and privacy, please remove the camera's MAC address on this thread, and you can send them to me via a private message.

2. On the camera's Device Settings > Advanced Settings > Camera Account page, turn it on and check if the problem remains.

3. Please refer to the instructions below to collect the camera log of the Tapo C210 and C500 for further analysis.
How to get the log of Tapo Camera

When the problem happens, please record the date, time, and time zone, then please also send the time info to us.
