Hi,
It is not recommended to place the camera behind a window/glass since the infrared lights may cause reflection when the camera works in the Night mode, resulting in blurry and unclear images, thereby hindering the timely detection of moving objects.


Below are the instructions to place the camera, you can try to place your TC60 in a different location and check if it helps.
