Camera not recording at night
Hi
Camera has been working well for a month then suddenly we notice that it doesn't record movement during the night and we know there has been some.
I have checked all the things it suggests on line but still can't get it working.
Any ideas please?

Hi,
The problem may be related to the detection and recording settings, please confirm the following information for the reported issue.
1. If the camera's Notification or Alarm feature is enabled, please check if you will receive a notification or camera will alarm when it detects movement during the night.
2. Please go to the camera's Device Settings>Storage and Recording>Recording Schedule page and send me a picture of it.
3. If you have subscribed to a Tapo Care service, please send me(@Solla-topee) the camera's MAC address via a private message, and let me know when there is a motion but the camera does not record it.
