No system light and reset not working
Hello,
I was recently setting up 5 cameras: 3 C210, 1 C110, and 1 C510W. I had completed the setup for all the cameras and was making some final adjustments, such as configuring the alarm zone on the C510W and changing the camera name on the C110. While making these changes—one on my iPhone and the other on my iPad—both devices encountered an error, and the app froze.
After that, both the C110 and the C510W cameras stopped working completely. The system light on both cameras isn't showing anything. I’ve already tried unplugging and plugging them back in, but nothing happens. Even the reset button doesn't seem to work.
I don't know if it's worth noting that the other three cameras, the C210s, are still functioning perfectly.
