Model: NC450
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version:

Hello. My home config is to turn off the wireless in the router and use a Ruckus AP instead. Consequently I cannot connect the camera to the AP.

If I turn on the router wireless I can use 2.4 to connect, but I would rather connect to the Ruckus AP. I can see an image in the phone app and in the cloud.

I can't find a way of doing this and wonder if it is possible please?

Also - even though I know the camera ip, typing it into a browser always gives me a security warning. I've turned various security settings off, tin various browsers, to no avail.

Hi,
From your description, it seems your NC450 is connected to your router's Wi-Fi thus it won't connect to the AP's Wi-Fi. You can try to press the reset button on the camera for 10 seconds to factory reset it and then reconfigure it to connect to the new Wi-Fi network.
How to set up a cloud camera with tpCamera APP?

Alternatively, you can refer to the attached instructions to try to log in to the camera's web UI and then go to the Basic > Wireless Connection page to connect the camera to the new Wi-Fi network.
(Note: the login username and password may not be admin/admin if you have changed them before.)

Best Regards

I did a reset. I also downloaded a very early version of FFox. This combination did the trick. Thanks
