Sorry for the delay.
Were you trying to see that you could control the camera when you are at home, within the Wi-Fi range of main router, but could not control the camera when you are not home?
How long have you had the camera and when did it start?
Could you please check on the tpCamera APP to see if the remote control has been enabled or not?
If possible, you could also reset the NC450 and set up again to have a check;
