Hi,
You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot the reported issue.
What to do if I can't control my Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?

Please confirm the following information for further analysis if the problem remains.
1. Send me(@Solla-topee) the MAC address of the Tapo C200 via a private message.

2. The LED status on the camera.

3. The model number of your router, and check if it has an internet connection.

4. If your router is working, you can try to reboot the camera, or factory reset and reconfigure it, then check if it will work.

Best Regards
