Description

When the smart plug's device time is incorrect or there is an error in time synchronization, the time-related features such as schedule, timer, and away mode may display the following issues:

  • The schedule does not take effect or delay.
  • The schedule, timer, and away mode settings cannot be created or edited. Error messages such as "operation failed" and "network unstable" may occur.

 

 

 

Troubleshooting Tips

 

  1. Ensure you are using the latest App and the Smart device has the latest firmware.
  2. Re-synchronize device time.
  3. Change router DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. 
  4. Restart your router.
