Hi,
According to the UG of the Tapo C200 V3, the solid amber light means the camera is connected to the Wi-Fi but not connected to the cloud server.
You can check if your router has a stable internet connection and if there are specific settings, such as MAC Filtering, Firewall, and ACL, configured on the router. If so, turn them off for a try.

If the problem remains, please help confirm the following information.
1. The Wi-Fi signal strength of the camera. You can go to the camera's Device Settings>Device Info page>tap the Wi-Fi icon to see the RSSI value.
2. What's the model number of the router?
3. Is the camera connected to the router directly, or is there an AP/RE between them?

Best Regards
