al realizar una actualizacion de Firmware recomendado, la camara dejo de funcionar, esta queda con unas luces rojas laterales permanentes y no se permite resetear, ya se ha desconectado varias veces y persiste la falla, existe un manera de reset de fabrica? donde se pueda volver a una version y poder recuperar la camara?

Desde soporte NO brindan solucion
