Hi,
If you have the error code "Failed to receive an IP address" after the camera connects to the router's Wi-Fi,  you can try the following steps.
1. Reboot your router,  and ensure it has an internet connection.
2. Disable the MAC Filtering or Firewall feature on your router if they are enabled.

If the problem remains, try to enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset your camera, reconfigure it with another phone to connect it to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and then check if the camera will work.
