Model: Tapo C310  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.9

The camera is working fine when I use it on the app in  Macbook. However, it is the only camera that is always showing offline on my mobile app (iphone). Have done the usual - switched phone, router on and off without any result.

 

Any advice on how to resolve this issue?

Hi,
To locate the problem, please help confirm the following information.
1. The LED status on the Tapo C310. 


2. Please send me(@Solla-topee) the MAC address of the camera via a private message.

3. Is your phone connected to the same Wi-Fi as the camera and disabled mobile data? If not, please have a try, then check if the camera shows offline or online on the phone.
Uninstall the Tapo app on your phone and reinstall the latest Tapo app for a try.


4. Is your Macbook connected to the same Wi-Fi as the camera?
