Model: Tapo C200
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: V1.3.9

Hi. My Tapo C200 camera powers on for short period then turns off. I tried using a different power plug but still does same thing. I tried resetting but then turns off after a while. No lights on. Please advise.

  @MZG

You can try the following steps if you can't power on the Tapo C200.
1. Ensure the camera and the power adapter are connected tightly.
2. Factory reset the camera in case the camera's LED is turned off via the Tapo app, you can refer to the instructions here to confirm if the reset process is correct.
3. Try to plug the power adapter into a different wall socket.
4. Use a different power adapter to power the camera if there is one.

If the above steps do not work, it's recommended to contact your retailer or local support to check if your camera is under warranty.

Best Regards
