Model: KE100 KIT
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 2.8.0 Build 240202 Rel. 135229

I have Tapo T110 sensors linked with KE100 thermostats. On Open Window Detection I can see 2 options:

  1. Notify me
  2. Notify me and turn off heating

Can you add another, third option to turn off heating only (without notification)? I don't want to disable all notifications from thermostat because I want to be notified about any other problems from device.

Why don't you do this by creating an automation (Smart Action) rule? Common questions about Smart Actions in the kasa app

  @Wayne-TP I have many windows. This is the most common action (more important than 2 above).

  @Konrad44

Same with me: I would also like the option to simply deactivate the heating without this stupid notification that a window has been opened. I also now have 16 KE100s in use and over 20 window sensors, so it would be unreasonable to work with automation here.

However, since TP-Link has apparently removed support for the KE100 in the TAPO app, I don't think anything will happen here.
