How to stop Tapo C220 tracking and panning

Hi
I have two C220 and both have the same issue: I can't stop them from panning.
Tried:
Camera -> Pan and Tilt -> Patrol Mode = Off, but it still tracks me(is panning) when I'm walking past
Camera -> Pan and Tilt -> Patrol Mode = On and give two marks that are essentially the same ... but it still follows me
How to stop it panning?
