Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.3.9

I have tapo care, motion/activity is being detected in the app but videos aren't recording any more. Recordings were working up until a couple of days ago.

I've run through troubleshooting including firmware updates and network connection

Hi,
It seems your Tapo Care service works fine now, if you want to continue troubleshooting the reported case, please help confirm the following information.

1. What is your time zone? What is the start and end time & date you have no cloud video clips?

 

2. Can I have a picture of the Tapo app>Home>Bell icon>your Tapo C100 notification page that shows you have received detection notifications but no cloud video clips available?

 

3. Have you changed any settings or network devices on your home network thus the Tapo Care service works again?
