my Tapo app always shows instable network and the two P110 plugs I use always show a local only message.

I can access them while im my WLAN but not from outside my WLAN. If I refesh outside my WLAN the two plugs disappear from the app. Sometimes I also cannot log into the app from outside my WLAN.

I shared access to my wife and she can access the plug from outside. She does not get the instable network message.

I checked for app updates and also firmware updates, but not available. My wife and I both use iOS. As access for my wife works I believe I can exclude poor WLAN to the plugs as well as any firewall issues at my router.

The app we use is TP-Link Tapo.
