Is it possible to trigger an action if P110 consumption exceeds a specific value ie. 100W?

My remotely staying/lived mother uses a hot plate plugged through a Tapo P110 for her coffee or food heating.
I need to get a notification/alert if a specific P110 plug exceeds a specific wattage value, in order to know when she activated it.

BTW the Coolseer wifi socket supports this kind of automation but I want to stay in the same smart eco system.
