I have 6 P105 plugs which were working fine on my old network (Virgin) but trying to reconfigure to get them to move to my new Zen network and a new router. Unfortunately none of the plugs will pair (Bluetooth) with my phone/tablet even after a factory reset. I have gone through the steps in the app and on the web but no luck. Any help would be appreciated.

 

By the way - why does moving to a new network require a reset in the first place, and why can it not be done within the app?

Refer to the suggestions here if you have trouble connecting the Tapo plug. What should I do if I fail to configure the Tapo Smart Plug?

 

If the problem persists, please provide the following information so that we can provide more specific recommendations.

1. The error message

2. Model and OS version of your phone/tablet

3. The troubleshooting steps you have tried.
