Hello, I just bought both C100 and C210 models.

I did not insert an SD card. I installed them.

There was no lag in online viewing on either camera.

Then an update came to both cameras.

After making these updates, there is a delay of at least 5 seconds in online viewing.

Also every time I go to the camera section I have to click the 'reconnect' button to be able to watch live.

Apparently there is a problem with the version. How can I return the package to the way I opened it?
