Blurry images - can't see a person face clearly

Hello TP Users,
I have recently bought Tapo C520WS. While rest of things are fine, the picture quality is very poor even though I have set the video quality at 2K QHD. I have tried the FPS at 25 as well as 15. During the daytime, the face of a person can only be seen clearly if the person is not moving. At the night time, even though I keep on staring the camera, at the distance of 10 feet, my face is not clear. How can I expect to identify a person with such a poor camera performance?
Following are some of the other settings:
Person Detection Sensitivity at 8
Video & Display
Night mode settings: Smart mode
Spotlight Settings:
Brightness: 100
Advanced Settings -> Display Settings
Hardware Acceleration
microSD Card: Samsung 256GB U3
Request to the experienced users to provide some feedback, am I missing on any important settings?

Yes, the spot light turns on when a person is detected. I am attaching three pictures -
- The first one is taken from the Live View
- The second one is taken from the recording (Person detection notification) and
- The third one is when a person is moving.
As you can observe, the images are not clear even though I was standing still and let the camera settle on me (in the first two images). My concern is that, an intruder is not going stand still and in that situation, the picture will be completely distorted (see the third one).
