Tapo C210 - Playback recorded video not working
i cannot see my Playback on Tapo App but i can see my Liveview on Tapo camera.
And i just re-format my SD card still unable to see my playback.
Kindly advise what is the issue ?

Hi,
Please help confirm the following information for your issue.
1. Please go to the camera's Device Settings>Detection page and send me a picture of it.
2. Please go to the Device Settings>Storage & Recording page, is the microSD Card Recording enabled? Please send me a picture of the Recording Schedule page.
3. What can you see on the Playback page?
4. What's the Tapo app version installed on your phone?

Hi,
1. Please go to the App Store to download and install the latest Tapo app version, then check if it helps.
2. If you have a different SD card, please insert it into the camera for a try.
3. Have you received motion-detected or person-detected notifications? You can check notifications on the Tapo app>Home tab>Bell icon at the top right corner.
