Hello,

 

I cant play any recorder video in section "Playback and memory" recorded from camera detection.

Screen is keep loading with no video.

My Wifi connection has to be OK.

Many thanks for advice.

@Madaldo Hello, sorry for the late update. 

 

Please confirm your Tapo app is the latest version.

Do you mean you could see Liveview on tapo camera but not the playback under local network/ cell phone connected to router's WiFi? 

 

Can you put SD card into computer and see if your could see Playback? If possible, you could save your SD card in computer, and format the SD card on tapo app, and see everything will become normal or not?
