Hi, 

 

I have bought 3 C200 cameras in Ireland.

 

I am trying to make a subscription, but it won't let me update my payment method, as it seems to be defaulted to United Kingdom, so wont accept my post code, and I cannot change the location on the camera from United Kingdom to Ireland??

 

Is there anyway to set my own country (the country I biougfht them in) so I can update my payment method and subscribe?

 

Or, is this just crazy that Tapo are selling UK only compatible cameras in the Republic Of Ireland?

 

This is so frustrating

Hi,
Usually, there is no problem subscribing to the Tapo Care service if you are in Ireland.
Please refer to the link below to try to subscribe to the Tapo Care service on the Tapo app or our official website.
How can I subscribe to a Tapo Care Plan?

And send me a picture of the error message if you fail to subscribe to the Tapo Care plan.
