black screen when watching recorded videos only in tablet
Hello,
There is no problem when i watch recorded videos of my Tapo C100 on my smartphone (android).
But when i try to watch it on my tablet i see a black screen. It can take photos or record to the tablet.
hardware 2.0
firmware: 1.3.6
android version: 2.17.206
I apreciate if someone can help me.

smartphone android version: 2.17.112 (no problem)
tablet android version: 2.17.206 (problem: black screen when watching streaming or watching recorded videos)

Hi,
Thank you for the case report, and please help confirm the following information about the problem.
1. Are you logging in to the Tapo app on your smartphone and tablet with the same TP-Link ID?
2. Please send me a screenshot of the black screen on your tablet.
3. Please go to your tablet>>Tapo app>>Camera Settings page of the Tapo C100>>Advanced Settings>Display Settings, select the Compatible Mode, and check if the problem is solved.
Please try to press and hold the black screen on the Tapo app for 5s, and then check if the image will display.

1. yes i am logged in at the tapo app in the tablet
2. i've tried this solution but didn't help

The tablet has a more recent android update: 2.17.206
The smartphone works well with a more older version: 2.17.112
It seems that the latest version have a problem
