Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: Tapo C500(EU)_V1_1.0.1 Build 221123

Hi,

 

I do an update for my Tapo C500 but it failed.
Now the led blinck red and green but I caan't see the camera's wireless.

 

I reset the camera, same issue

 

Is there a method to install firmware manually ?

It's suggested to refer to the link below to troubleshoot.
What to do if my Tapo Camera gets bricked or doesn't respond to a factory reset?
 

If the suggestions do not work, then you can contact your retailer or local support to check the device warranty.
