C210 - NVR stopped working. Camera claiming a SD Card is inserted?!
Dear all,
the NVR stream stopped working after updating the firmware despite not having changed credentials or anything else.
In the mobile app under "camera account" there is a text in small gray letters notifying that NVR has currently been de-activated and that a removal of the SD card would re-activate NVR.
There is no SD Card inserted, so I cannot remove it.
I tried to insert and eject an SD Card: Didn't help.
I reset the camera: Didn't help.
I assume the recent Firmware 1.3.3 contains a bug that leads to a deactivation of the NVR stream.
Is it possible to roll back the firmware until there is a bug fix available?
Any ideas how to fix it?
