Stopped receiving notifications on TAPO C210 camera
The TAPO C210 camera stopped receiving notifications, possibly after a firmware update. The camera correctly detects movement, alarm and video/ sound recordings are locally triggered as expected, but stopped receiving notifications - no longer receiving envelop messages and notifications. Already verified iPhone settings and TAPO camera configurations, those are all enabled, none filtered. I can use the APP to get camera realtime video dispolay and local video recordings.
The camera is behind a corporate network firewall that seems to block NTP, except for specific corporate NTP server, as the time presented by the camera is not accurate. Although the time is not correct, notifications were OK before the firmware upgrade.
Can you please help me identifying the root cause? Is it possible to downgrade the camera firmware and/ or test different TAPO app versions?
