Model No. KC100.

Hardware Version 2.0.

Firmware Version 2.3.6.

Hello Support and many thanks for creating a fine product.

Regarding the "issue": DATE & TIME METADATA IS OVER-WRITTEN WHEN DOWNLOADED.

I am too poor to pay for a subscription and captured video clips are deleted after twenty-four hours.

It appears either iOS or the Apple Photos application edits the DATE & TIME the KC100 applies when the video clip is captured.

Apple appears to overwrite CAPTURE DATE & TIME with DOWNLOAD DATE & TIME.

The highly time consuming manual editing process seems unnecessary if the metadata was not overwritten.

Is this a software compatibility issue or could my workflow be in error?

Many Thanks for your support,

Seamus Warren.

  @seamuswarren

I downloaded some cloud videos in the kasa app and does not find they have time stamps on them.

Are you requesting an improvement of having time stamp on the video clips?
