Date and Time does not update
Hi
I have installed and set up my Tapo C200 sucessfully. I am now able to see image and record video.
But the date and time still wrong past 5 days of installation.
My router is updated with right date and time. Also I am able to ping few NTP servers. But camera date time is not updated.
I already also set my timezone properly to UTC +2.
I figured out that every time I reset the camera date and time is set up like 2020-07-20 01:00:00.
I would like to find out a work around because it is making my cam records wrongly.

Good day.
Thank you very much for your time and patience.
Have you tried to temporary choose the wrong time zone, then get back to the previous time?
Can I have a picture of the wrong timestamp of the live view on the Tapo APP?
And what is the time difference between the camera and the real time?
Have you tried to update the version of the Tapo APP?
Thanks a lot.

Good day,
Sorry for the delay.
Have you tried to switch to another time zone and change it back to see if the time would be corrected?
Are you able to remotely control the camera over 3/4G?
Could you please check if the laptop connected to the same network could sync the correct time?
----how to sync the time on windows 10:
Step 1: Tap the Windows key + I button simultaneously on the keyboard to launch the Windows Settings menu.
Step 2: Select 'Time & Language'.
Step 3: In the 'Date & Time' section, navigate to scroll down to the 'Synchronize your clock' sub-section and tap the 'Sync now' button.
Later I would like to follow up on your case via email and please have a check of your message box later.
Thank you very much.
