Model: Tapo C110
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.0

I just bought a C110 but the image brightness is much darker than my C100. How can I brighten the image on the c110 as it's difficult to make some things out?

Hi  @AnnieB

Thank you for the feedback, for test purpose, you can put the C100 and C110 in the same place, and have similar light environment around the cameras.

So far there isn't a contrast setting in the app, but you can try to adjust the angle of the camera to allow more light coming in the camera/ on the objects or add extra light in the night. If still the same, this can be due to the hardware factors with the camera,  you could consider purchasing another Tapo C100. Hope this helps.

I have placed the two cameras next to each other and the C100 is definitely brighter. It's a shame that there isn't a way to alter the brightness or contrast in the app. Perhaps this is something that TP-Link could look into in future.
